Burak Boz was born in 1992 in Ankara, Turkey.
He completed his primary and secondary education at Ankara University Development Foundation Schools, and continued his high school education at TED Ankara College, one of Turkey’s most prestigious and long-established educational institutions. Throughout his academic journey, Burak Boz stood out for his leadership qualities, sense of responsibility, and entrepreneurial spirit. He was recognized not only for his academic success but also for his active participation in social and extracurricular activities.

Following high school, he began his university education in the Computer Engineering Department at TOBB University of Economics and Technology. After gaining foundational knowledge in engineering and programming, he reassessed his career goals and transferred to the Management Information Systems Department at Bilkent University. This comprehensive interdisciplinary education equipped him with expertise in both technology and business management, and he graduated in 2015.

After completing his university education, Burak Boz stepped into professional life by joining Haydar Boz, the well-established family business founded in 1953. As the third-generation representative, he undertook a rigorous work pace to both preserve the company's core values and lead its transformation in line with contemporary demands.

Since 2020, Burak Boz has served as the General Manager of Haydar Boz. During his tenure, he has modernized the company’s corporate structure, improved operational efficiency, implemented digital transformation processes, and initiated innovations to achieve sustainable growth. With a wide product range in thermal, waterproofing, soundproofing, and fire insulation, Haydar Boz Yalıtım has become a strategic engineering partner under his leadership—offering not only materials but also comprehensive technical solutions for large-scale public and private sector projects.

As of 2025, Burak Boz also actively serves as Co-Founder and Board Member of Boz Altınay Yapı, a visionary enterprise delivering integrated solutions in construction, real estate, and energy sectors. Under this new structure, he leads operations in high-performance construction chemicals, energy systems, stud welding nails, and fastening components. As the regional distributor of the Tunçmatik brand, Boz Altınay is especially known for its pioneering energy efficiency and sustainable building projects.

Burak Boz’s vision extends beyond product sales; he aims to drive technological, environmental, and social transformation within the construction and insulation industries.

In addition to his business endeavors, Burak Boz maintains a strong presence in social responsibility and business networking. He currently serves as the Chair of the Member Relations Commission at the Kolejli İş İnsanları Platformu (TED Alumni Business Network), where he focuses on strengthening alumni collaborations, mentoring young entrepreneurs, and promoting ethical values in business. He has also been actively involved in the TED Alumni Association, contributing to initiatives at the intersection of education, social impact, and civil society.

Fluent in English, Burak Boz adopts a globally minded management approach. He is actively pursuing new distributorships and export opportunities in the UK and broader European markets, aiming to transform his companies into internationally competitive and sustainable enterprises.

Privately, Burak Boz values balance in life. He is married and a father of one. Spending quality time with his family, being in nature, and maintaining healthy lifestyle habits are integral to his life. He practices boxing, enjoys skiing in the winter months, and has a strong interest in gastronomy—traits that reflect his disciplined, curious, and productive personality beyond the business world.
