Known for his extensive business experience, investment in education, and strong communication with younger generations, Uğur Boz is one of the key figures shaping BozAltınay’s vision. After graduating from TED Ankara College, he completed his studies in the Department of Finance at Gazi University’s Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. In the early 1980s, he embarked on his business career together with his brother.

Following the passing of their father in 1996, Uğur Boz took over the management of Haydar Boz Insulation. Since then, he has not only expanded the company but also become a leader advocating for ethical values in the business world. He is recognized for his work on the culture of “Ahilik” (a traditional ethical trade system) and ethical commerce, adopting a human-centered approach in business.

Beyond the business realm, Boz plays an active role in education. He serves as a Board Member of TED Atakent College, which includes Halkalı and Bahçeşehir campuses, and is a former president of the Association of Businesspeople from TED Ankara College. As a mentor, he inspires, encourages, and guides young entrepreneurs and continues to share his knowledge with younger generations at symposia and panels.
